This video has been very useful for getting new insights into the different ways of communicating effectively and in a professional manner in the setting of a particular business. The stakeholders, the shareholders, the suppliers as well as all the employees are some of the parties that will receive the communications of changes to a strategic plan. I feel that every word uttered and every sentence said in a professional and/or in a business setting will always be considered in a specific manner by specific individuals working in specific positions in an organization.
